我公司生产的CA6140普通车床吸取了传统车床的设计精髓，进行了技术改进，扩大了机床的通用性，操作更为便捷，尤其是加工轴类机械零部件和盘类零部件，螺纹，处理油槽等。
为了提高机床的经济可用性，让利客户，我们提高了机床的加工范围，较普通机床的导轨宽度更宽，可达到400mm。 -
在加大导轨宽度的同时很好的保持了机床的精度和长久的使用，对导轨面进行中频淬火处理，这样在长时间的负重运作下不会让精度产生太大偏差。

在机床的切削力上也给予了提高，并且优化了传动装置，让机床功率不会损失掉，可以满足强力切削的使用。

机床在出厂之前都会经过严格审查，经检验人员用设备检测之后，会有质检领导再次审核，各项指标合格后才准许出厂。
